The location in the middle of jackson was marvellous. Some of the staff members were super-friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven included.

The location was great, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus. We had lunch in Andy's Frozen Custard, placed close by. We had the a double room which was warm and comfy.

The young lady at the front desk was super nice. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoyed the cozy breakfast area. The only bummer was that my room didn't have an in-room coffee maker, but it didn't take away from my stay ☕

Decent Stay with Excellent Service
We spent one night in a quadruple room and found the staff friendly and cute. Make sure to ask about local dining options. We discovered a great spot nearby!

I discovered Quality Inn when other hotels were fully booked, and I'm glad I did! The couple who owns this place are cute. Especially the friendly wife. The Quadruple Room wassuper clean and cozy. I loved the new AC unit. It kept the room cool . The breakfast area looked tidy, and I noticed a mini waffle machine for those who like breakfast. The exterior needs more work. It could use maintenance and better lighting to feel safer while approaching at night. I extended my stay because I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff.

Solo traveler comfort seeker
The young lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly, made check-in easy, and the lobby & breakfast area were clean. My room had a brand-new AC wall unit, and the bed was comfortable, sheets and towels clean. No stains at all! You feel like a king, or maybe a scientist. It's cozy.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?
